About Dr.Carter

Dr. Carter is the first person in South Carolina to be given permission to practice acupuncture by the South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners. He has Fellowship in the International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture. Diplomat in Acupuncture Degree from the Shanghai Research Institute of

Acupuncture & National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Washington, DC (NCCAOM). Dr. Carter has a Certificate in Impairment Rating National College in Chicago Logan College in St. Louis. 

He has been in practice for 45 years, and has served three times as Vice President of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association.

He provides Acupuncture, Chiropractic care, and more.
